Previously, Elham Farzam spent over 25 years with The LPA Group, a noted Architectural and Engineering consulting firm located in Columbia SC, where he rose to the position of Senior Vice President. During his tenure, Elham helped to establish UIGs reputation as the SoutheastвЂ™s premier bridge and heavy highway builder. Farzam served two years as Vice President of Business/Project Development for ICE subsidiary United Infrastructure Group, Inc. ICE specialties include highways, bridges/structures, hydrology/hydraulic design, geotechnical engineering, and foundation testing, environmental documentation (NEPA), construction services, and aviation design. Located in Charleston, South Carolina, ICE is a full-service transportation consulting and design firm.

Since 2013, Elham Farzam has served as President and CEO of Infrastructure Consulting and Engineering, PLLC.
